About:Shubangi – Strahlende Rebellin mit gefühlvoller Stimme Ausgerüstet mit packendem Gesang, bewegenden Texten und einer großartigen Live-Band mischt sie Hip Hop, Funk, Soul und Jazz zu einem kraftvollen Sound. Ihre aktuellste Veröffentlichung ist auf der dritten EP „Halt Dich Fest“ (10/2017) zu hören. Für die Deutsch-Tamilin Shu ist Musik ein zentraler Bestandteil ihres Lebens. Es ist für sie eine Leidenschaft, die sie schon seit ihrem 6. Lebensjahr begleitet. Zunächst spielt sie Violine, wagt sich später aber auch ans Mikrofon. Dort begeistert sie das Publikum mit ihrer Stimme und ihrer Liebe zur Soulmusik. Sie weiß was sie will und sieht Musik auch als Möglichkeit, Inhalte zu vermitteln. So singt sie über Politik und Selbstbewusstsein, versteht es aber dabei gleichzeitig, das Publikum mit ihrer lockeren, energievollen Art mitzureißen. // Shubangi has been performing on stages around the world for the last 7 years. She is provided with her thrilling voice, pumping beats and moving texts and she mixes Hip Hop, Soul and Electro to a unique sound. You can hear that on her second EP “Aufbruch” (2014). For the german-tamil singer Shu music is a central aspect in her life. It is her passion since she was 6 years old. She learned to play violin, and after that she started to sing. Since then she excited the audience with her big voice. Now she is experienced and uses her texts to spread messages.
